1. Policy Overview

GetVideo respects the intellectual property rights of creators and content owners. While GetVideo does not host or store content permanently, we provide an immediate technical blocklist to prevent our tool from extracting or processing specified content.

2. How to Request a Block / Takedown

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and wish to block GetVideo from processing your content, please email us with the following details:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Exact URLs, channels, or domains you request to be blocked (e.g. YouTube channel URL, specific video URL, or domain name).
• Your full name, organization, and contact information.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A physical or electronic signature.

3. Automated Blocklist Table

Once verified, entries are immediately added to our Redis takedown blocklist via our protected admin API. Any subsequent request to download that URL, channel, or domain will receive an immediate HTTP 403 Forbidden response:
"This content has been removed due to a takedown request."
